Peer Review Process

All articles submitted for publications must be first evaluated by at least two editorial staff to find out if the article conforms to the journal’s editorial standards and answers the issues contained in the call for papers.

At least two qualified referees based on the article’s topic must review the manuscript considered for publication. This is accomplished through a double-blind peer-review process.

The editors resolve issues of disagreement between the authors and the reviewers, specifically on whether an article should be admitted for publication in view of the reviewers’ comments and whether the author have sufficiently addressed the issues raised in the review of his or her article.

Authors advised to revise and resubmit their article must expect that their revised article will be subjected again to the double-blind peer-review process.
