Dr. Maragtas S.V. Amante is professor at UP SOLAIR. He held past positions as SOLAIR dean, vice-president for
administration and other key positions in the university. He was one of the principal organizers of the 10th Asia
ILERA Congress held virtually on December 3-4, 2020.
