Abstract
Preliminary discussions on the interviews of key technocrats involved in major decision-making and management of Philippine affairs, from the 1960s to the 1980s, until the downfall of President Ferdinand E. Marcos. The targeted periods are: prelude to martial law (1965-1972), the early stage of martial law (1972-1981), and the latter stage of martial law (1981-1986).
