Abstract

Lahar Database project was completed by the National Hydraulic Center in January 1993, made possible through an R & D grant by the U.P. Engineering Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (UPERDFI) and a donation by the Bea Epsilon Alumni, Inc. of a full-blown 486-microcomputer system dedicated to this purpose.
