Abstract

Technology plays a crucial role in the overall development of an organization. The Indian Hospitality industry witnessed the significant impact of new digital technology and e-HRM. Owing to this new digital revolution, e-HRM has emerged as a platform to integrate the organization’s work, culture, structure, talent, and processes for organizational effectiveness. This study attempts to assess the accepted and applied technologies in the selected organization and the contributions made by the application of these technologies and e-HRM practices to increase organizational effectiveness in the Indian hospitality industry.

Dr. Saurabh Krishna is an Assistant Professor at IHM - Aurangabad (Taj Group Hotel School), affiliated with the University of Huddersfield, U.K. He holds a PhD from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai.
