Panitikang Pambata, Edukasyon, at Konsepto ng Bata: Mga Palaisipan at Panukala

Abstract

This  paper locates the discussion of the relationship between Filipino children’s literature and the education of children in the emerging field of Childhood Studies. It identifies some of the new questions and problems in the specific areas of literary criticism and research in the Philippines with the use of the new perspective of Childhood Studies. It presents recommendations on how discourse production may redirect and heighten interest in children’s literature in the Philippines  and Filipino childhood.

Abstrak

Inilulugar ng papel ang panitikang pambata sa edukasyon ng mga bata sa diskurso ng bagong umuusbong na larang ng Childhood Studies at tinutukoy ang ilang mahalaga at napapanahong mga palaisipan o isyu kaugnay ng estado ng pananaliksik at kritisismo sa Pilipinas. Nagbibigay din ng ilang rekomendasyon kaugnay ng mga dapat na mangyari upang mapasiglang lalo ang interes sa panitikang pambata, at sa mga bata mismo.
